  • Slow cook brisket for 6 hours in red wine or buy in. Spiralise pickles and toss in flour and water mix. Deep fry in oil at 180 degrees celcius until crispy, coat in sea salt and put to one side. Grill beef patty at 180 degrees celcius.
  • Make coleslaw from ingredients list and put on the bottom of a burger bun. Grill beef patty at 180 degrees celcius, top with Gouda and put under the grill until cheese has melted. Top with grilled pickles and brisket and serve
