Depending on the competition and prize, we may share your name, contact details and prize details with the company delivering or transporting the prize (UK GDPR article 6(1)(f)).
If required by law, we also share information about your name and the prize with the tax authorities (UK GDPR article 6(1)(c)).
· Customer Service
If you contact us through ArlaPro.com or other contact points (email, social media platforms, etc.), we will register the personal data provided (e.g. name, company, title, email address, purpose of the inquiry, etc.). Our customer service team has access to this information to ensure that we can help you in the best possible way (UK GDPR article 6(1)(f)).
· Events and Workshops
If you register for events or workshops organised by Arla, we register the personal data provided (including name, email address, name of event, date of event) for administrative purposes and to be able to confirm your registration and contact you in case of changes or cancellations, etc. (UK GDPR article 6(1)(b)).
Additionally, the knowledge about which events and workshop you prefer will allow us to better tailor our communications and offers to your interests (UK GDPR article 6(1)(f)).
· Marketing and use of behavioral data & hashed emails
We use cookies to target our marketing to you and to send you relevant content on our website and on third-party websites (re-targeting). The basis for this is your consent to cookies, and the basis for the subsequent use of the cookie data for marketing purposes is our legitimate interest in branding our products and our company.

We also use collected email addresses in an encrypted (hashed) format that we have obtained from you (e.g. in connection with signing up for newsletters or purchasing on our webshop). This allows us to build audiences and find similar users on digital platforms , show you sponsored content in your feed or exclude you from campaigns. The processing of hashed email addresses is based on Arla's legitimate interest in targeting marketing (GDPR article 6(1)(f)).

• Interaction with ArlaPro on social media

Arla is jointly responsible for data with the social media platforms for the personal data that is collected and processed as a result of your visit to our social media pages. This means, among other things, that you can exercise your rights under the GDPR with respect to both Arla and the social media platforms.

We process personal data about employees and owners of the restaurants and other professional customers with whom we deal directly or indirectly through distributors in connection with the sale and marketing of our goods and services, for marketing and analysis purposes. We process the personal data we receive in connection with orders and deliveries and to assess their potential need for Arla's goods and services.
We collect the information directly from customers or third parties, including via social media such as Facebook.

Arla may disclose and collect data regarding aggregated costumer purchases from selected partners to better understand general consumer trends, preferences and needs, and to tailor our communication with the business you represent.

Disclosure and transfer of the personal data
We disclose your personal data as described above. In addition to this, we make personal data available to our business partners, including IT suppliers that stores and process personal data on our behalf. Such business partners and suppliers are subject to Arla’s instructions regarding the storing and processing of personal data.
Some data processors or sub-processors may be located outside of the EU. The transfer of personal data is based on the EU Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.
Server logfiles
Your data is collected, processed and stored in server logs that helps us to achieve the above mentioned purposes.
