- Form the dough into a round shape. Spread the pizza sauce then top with the meat filling then add the cheese. Close and seal the dough, making sure it is shaped into a ball. Let it rest for 5 minutes. While the dough is resting, start heating up the oil in a deep fryer or a pot. Once the oil is hot enough, add the pizza balls and fry until cooked through and golden brown in color. Strain excess oil using a paper towel then serve immediately. You may serve with additional pizza sauce on the side.
