Cream Cheese, Ginger & Cabbage Canapes
  • Mix cream cheese with chopped ginger. Bring soy sauce, syrup and 50 ml vinegar to a boil. Let it simmer and pour it into a bowl and place in chiller.
  • Chop cabbage finely and marinade in olive oil, 1 tbsp vinegar and a little salt.
  • Roast panko and sesame seeds in a dry pan til golden.
  • Serve cream cheese in the bottom, then cabbage, and drizzle soy marinade on top. Then finish off with panko and some fresh chervil. Add slices of smoked salmon or raw tuna to make it a starter
