  • Ensure dough is proved. Gently press the dough into a flat oval shape.
  • Bake in a pizza oven at 350 degrees Celsius until evenly risen and golden. Remove from the oven and slice horizontally and open out onto tray.
  • Top each cut side of each slice with Mozzarella and a drizzle of pesto. Place back in the oven to melt the mozzarella and toast the bread.
