  • Knead until the dough is soft and smooth.
  • Form a ball of dough, leave in a bowl at room temperature or cold in your refrigerator for several hours.
  • Making the pizza
  • On a floured work surface, spread the dough with a roller or by hand, starting from the center to form a disc.
  • Place your disc with dough on a baking sheet, cover with tomato coulis, diced ham, mushrooms, artichoke hearts, olives, finish with the cubes of mozzarella, and bake everything.
  • Add the basil at the end.
