Walnut Cheese Brownie Bar
    Walnut Brownie
  • Melt butter and dark chocolate. Add in sugar and brown sugar and stir well. Slowly add in whole egg. Lastly, add in flour and cocoa powder then mix well. Pour the mixture into your desire baking mould. Sprinkle chopped walnut on top of the mixture Bake it at 170ºC for 30 minute.
  • Sugar Dough
  • Mix well all ingredients into a dough. Roll it into 0.3mm and cut it into your desire shape. Bake in the oven at 170ºC for 15 minutes.
  • Cheese Mousse
  • Bain Marie egg yolk and sugar, whisk until fluffy. Add in gelatine mass and stir well until it is melted. Add in cream cheese and blend well until the mixture is smooth. Add in vanilla essence and lemon juice. Whip the whip cream into soft peak and fold it with the cheese mixture. And ready to use.
