The dough of a Neapolitan pizza should be light, fluffy, and able to hold all different kinds of toppings. Try our version with anchovies and fresh basil for a new take on the Neapolitan delight.

Neapolitan Pizza With Anchovies & Fresh Basil
    Dough
  • Mix flour and dry yeast.
  • Add water and knead dough for 5 minutes.
  • Add salt and the knead for another 10 minutes.
  • Fold the dough a couple of times.
  • Divide the dough into 10 portions and roll into balls.
  • Place the dough balls in a well-oiled container and wrap well. Leave it to proof overnight in the refrigerator.
  • Tomato sauce
  • Blend all the ingredients until smooth.
  • Let it rest for a while or overnight.
  • Making the pizza
  • Shape the dough thinly and apply the tomato sauce.
  • Add the toppings.
  • Bake at 375°C for 3 to 4 minutes.
  • Finish with olive oil.
