Cheesy Hot Honey & Lemon Flatbread With Tenderstem® Broccoli & Pancetta
- Preheat the pizza oven to 300°C.
- Prepare the base: Roll out the pizza dough into a thin, even flatbread shape and place it on a floured peel or tray.
- Infuse the oil: In a small bowl, combine olive oil with finely grated garlic and a little lemon zest to create a flavoured oil.
- Prep the toppings: Blanch the Tenderstem® Broccoli briefly in boiling water for 1–2 minutes, then drain and pat dry. Cook the pancetta in a hot pan until crisp, then set aside.
- Assemble the flatbread: Brush the dough generously with the garlic-lemon oil. Arrange the sliced Arla Pro Mozzarella evenly over the base, followed by the Tenderstem® Broccoli and crispy pancetta.
- Bake: Transfer to the pizza oven and cook for 5–7 minutes, or until the base is golden and the cheese is bubbling.
- Finish and serve: Remove from the oven, drizzle lightly with hot honey, and finish with fresh lemon zest and slices for brightness. Serve immediately.
