Reducing Food Waste

Wasting food means wasting both flavour and profit, not to mention the impact that food waste has on the environment. What’s more, consumers are increasingly conscious of the negative impact of wasted food and are therefore putting businesses under scrutiny to do the right thing. Trend forecasters WGSN predict that, by 2031, ‘only the businesses and brands that have taken firm action on food waste will win consumers’ hearts’.
