Labneh, Roasted Aubergine, Za’atar & Chilli Honey (Poolish Dough)
A Middle Eastern influenced combination that blends the tanginess of Labneh with the warmth of Za’atar, The heat of Chilli infused honey pairs wonderfully with the roasted aubergine.
- Stretch one dough ball out
- Top with Tomato sauce, Arla Pro Large Diced Mozzarella
- Add the roasted aubergine
- Bake at around 430c for 60-90 seconds. Once baked, spoon on the Labneh
- Sprinkle on the Za’atar
- Generously drizzle the chilli honey
