Hot ’Nduja, Cream Cheese & Hot Honey Dual-Fill Pizzone
A folded pizzone combining spicy ’nduja and garlic with a cooling finish of piped Arla Pro Cream Cheese and sweet hot honey. The hot–cold contrast delivers bold flavour and texture in every bite, tapping into 2026 trends for swicy flavours, snackable formats and comfort food with a modern twist—perfect for summer pizza menus.
- Roast the garlic in the oven for 10 minutes, until soft & nutty, then remove from cases & finely chop
- Crumble up the N’duja, bake for 12 minutes then remove from oven
- In a bowl, whip Arla Pro Cream Cheese until fluffy and add to a piping bag
- Stretch out pizza dough to circular shape
- Add Arla Pro Large Shredded Mozzarella to whole base
- On one side, add the roasted garlic & a drizzle of hot honey
- Fold over 1/3 & gently seal
- Cook in pizza oven at 380 degrees for 60-90 seconds
- On remaining exposed pizza base, pipe dots of cream cheese & sprinkle on N’duja crumb
- Drizzle with chilli oil
- Add fresh basil leaves to serve
