Brown Butter Cherry Cobbler
A warm, nostalgic dessert made for foodservice FSR Pub menus. This brown butter cherry cobbler combines the richness of caramelised butter with sweet, jammy cherries—finished with Arla Pro whipped cream for a simple, indulgent pub dessert offering.

- Brown the butter gently in a pan until nutty in aroma. Strain and chill overnight.
- Cook cherries with lemon and sugar for 20–30 mins until jammy.
- Place cherry filling into ovenproof dishes.
- Mix cobbler dough using brown butter, sugar, flour, baking powder, milk, and egg.
- Spoon on top of cherries and bake at 200°C for 15–20 mins until golden.
- Serve with Arla Pro whipped cream.
