Blue cheese, Fig Jam, prosciutto, Balsamic Glaze (Poolish Dough)

A sweet and Salty pairing, the Sharp blue cheese, balances with the sweetness of the fig Jam and the syrupy sweetness of the balsamic glaze, this in turn compliments the salty nature of the prosciutto.

  • Stretch one dough ball out, top with tomato sauce, Arla Pro Large Diced Mozzarella
  • Add chunks of blue cheese
  • Bake at around 430c for 60-90 seconds
  • Once baked, top with Prosciutto
  • Spoon on the fig Jam
  • Scatter the Parmigiano reggiano flakes
  • Finally drizzle with Balsamic Glaze
