Blackcurrant smoothie with buttermilk and cream
Blackcurrants have a wonderful aromatic flavour that is ideal for smoothies. In this recipe, the dark little berries are blended with buttermilk and ginger into an ice cold and fresh smoothie. For a smoothie that is more like a milkshake, you can add extra sweetness in the form of sugar or honey. This smoothie should be enjoyed ice cold!

- Place the labna and the other ingredients in a blender. Blend the drink until it has a smooth and even consistency.
- Adjust the flavour with a little more ginger or vanilla. Sieve out any pips, then pour into small, cold glasses and serve immediately.
