Mozzarella + Iberico ham croquettes with Arla® Pro Mozzarella

- Mix all ingredients together in a bowl and season to taste.
- Pipe mixture onto trays and leave to set in fridge (these can be chopped into small lozenges).
- Panne cheese mix into a fine crumb, then again in the panko breadcrumb (this will help stop the croquettes from bursting in the fryer).
- Serve with a sharp chutney, such as tomato.
