Cheese Cream with Yoghurt
Cream cheese with yoghurt is a versatile base cream that can be flavoured to transform many different dishes. Stir in chopped kale and sprinkle in wraps, or season with chopped dill and serve with salmon dishes.
- Blend grated cheese with cream cheese. Mix to get a completely smooth cream.
- Stir in the yogurt carefully and season with salt. Put in piping bag ready for us.
- Mix the cream cheese with, for example, chopped kale, red onion, dill or finely diced apple for more flavouring.
