Baked cod with fennel and liquorice
- Distribute the fennel in the bottom of an ovenproof dish. Now arrange the fish on top and pour the cream and water over everything. Sprinkle with salt, liquorice powder and cheese. Bake the fish for about 15 min. at 200°C on the fan oven setting – until golden. Garnish with fennel tops and serve with freshly steamed bulgur wheat and carrots.
