    Method

  • Dice onion, carrots and tomatoes. Heat the oil in a pan and sauté all vegetables with the spices. Add water and red lentils. Simmer for 20 minutes. Add cream and simmer for a further approx. 10 minutes. Stir in the cubed Arla® Pro Grilling Cheese and serve immediately. Add salt to taste.
  • Serving suggestion:

  • Serve with sour cream and naan bread and top with diced tomato.
