Bacon Wrapped Mascarpone Stuffed Figs
Sweet figs stuffed with mascarpone, wrapped in bacon, and baked to perfection. A decadent bite-sized delight.

- Finely chop chives and fresh thyme.
- In a mixing bowl combine herbs, garlic powder and cheese. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Slice bacon in half.
- Slice down through the center of one side of the figs, lightly pinch to open up the center of the fig like a pocket.
- Fill each fig with 1 tbsp of the cheese mixture and wrap with a piece of the bacon. Allow to stand in fridge for 30 mins before cooking.
- Preheat grill with medium high heat.
- Grill wrapped figs on all sides until bacon has crisped nicely and fig has warmed through.
