Pizza with salmon and avocado
    Filling
  • Cut the salmon into thin slices of approx. ½ cm and season with sea salt. Halve the avocados and cut them into slices. Cut Jalapeños into small cubes and slice the lemon. Rinse the salads.
  • Serving
  • Stretch and shape the pizza dough. Spread mozzarella on the pizza base. Add salmon pieces and season with salt and pepper. Bake the pizza for approx. 5 minutes at 300 degrees in a pizza oven. Garnish with avocado and jalapeños. Top up with cottage cheese and salads. Serve the pizza with lemon on the side.

  • Optionally, the salmon can be seared with a blowtorch to add a grilled taste.
