Honey Almond Cornflakes Cups, ‘Cornflakes Badam Madu’

- In a saucepan, melt Lurpak Slightly Salted Butter, sugar, and honey over gentle heat, until the mixture is frothy.
- In a large bowl, mix cornflakes and almonds.
- Pour in the honey butter mixture and stir to coat the cornflakes and almonds evenly.
- Spoon cornflakes into individual mini cupcake liners and top with coloured sprinkles.
- Bake for about 12 minutes until golden brown.
- Bake in a 160°C preheated oven for about 12 minutes until golden brown.
