Havarti and Chicken Stuffed Mushrooms
These juicy mushrooms are generously filled with tender chicken and smooth havarti cheese. A crowd-pleasing bite that's cheesy, savoury, and full of flavour.

- Preheat a skillet on medium high heat.
- Remove the stems from the mushrooms and finely dice both stems and onion.
- Add 1 Tbsp olive oil the the skillet and add the mushrooms stems. Once the moisture has been cooked out of the stems add the onion and saute for 2 mins, add the curry powder and reduce heat to medium low. Once onions or translucent remove all from pan and set aside to cool.
- In a mixing bowl combine all other ingredients (except mushroom caps) with the cooled mixture.
- Season with salt and pepper to your liking.
- Divide mixture equally between mushroom caps and place on a baking tray.
- Bake in a 425 degree oven for approximately 12 mins or until reached an internal temperature of 160.
