Gorgonzola Stuffed Pears
These sweet pears are stuffed with bold gorgonzola and creamy mascarpone for a show-stopping starter. Each bite is a perfect balance of sweet, tangy, and rich.

- Cut each pear in half. Using a melon baller or a spoon remove the core and seeds being sure to keep the edges of the pear intact.
- Finely dice the red onion.
- In a mixing bowl combine all ingredients minus the pear.
- Mix well and divide mixture between the 4 half pear keeping the mixture to the center.
- Cook under broiler on low for 5 mins. Pears should be slightly soft and filling should be hot throughout.
- Serve and enjoy.
