Feta Wings
Crispy wings tossed with crumbled feta for a tangy twist on a game-day favourite. Bold, salty, and unforgettable.

- Marinate the chicken wings in lemon juice and zest, baking soda, and salt for 1 hour.
- Toss wings in corn starch, adding more if needed to make sure the wings are fully coated.
- Place wings in deep fryer and fry for 5 mins (or reaching internal temp of 165) at 375 degrees.
- Alternately use an air fryer at 400 degrees for 15 mins or until crispy (coat wings with a sprayable oil before air frying).
- Toss wings in remaining ingredients using the salt and black pepper to taste.
