Chicken Black Bean Whipped Ricotta Dip
A hearty dip blending tender chicken, creamy ricotta, and smooth cream cheese. Perfect for sharing or starting the meal off right.

- In a large skillet place chicken, oil, chili flakes, and garlic. Season well with salt. Cook on a burner on medium high heat using a spatula to continuously mash the chicken into the oil and seasonings.
- Once chicken appears cooked, add beans, parsley and tomato sauce and stir vigorously. Remove from heat.
- Allow to cool slightly, mix in both cheeses and check for seasoning.
- Place in a 450 degree oven for 15 mins.
- Serve with your favorite chip or warmed flatbread.
