Cupcakes with Biscoff Cream Cheese Frosting
    Cupcakes
  • Cream butter & sugar till light & fluffy.
  • Add in eggs & vanilla.
  • Fold in dry ingredients, stir in milk.
  • Portion into 3.75oz cups.
  • Bake in the preheated oven at 175°C for 25 minutes.
  • Allow to cool before frosting.
  • Biscoff Cream Cheese Filling
  • Beat cream cheese till smooth.
  • Add in unsalted butter, biscoff spread & salt.
  • Mix well.
  • Chill for 15 minutes to allow frosting to set a little before piping into cakes.
