Caramelized Apple and Gorgonzola Crusted Steak
Elevate steak night with sweet apples and bold gorgonzola atop tender steak. A sophis-ticated balance of savoury and sweet.

- Dice apple to 1⁄2 centimeter dice. Add to frying pan with 1 tbsp olive oil over medium heat. Remove when caramelized.
- Toast walnuts in same pan until fragrant and browned a little.
- In a food processor blend all ingredients except for the toasted walnuts.
- Mix in chopped walnuts.
- To a prepared cooked to your liking steak cover top with mixture and place under broiler for 2 mins or coloured to your liking.
