Lurpak® butter in foil
Lurpak® butter is churned from fresh, Danish, pasteurized cream and is soured with lactic acid cultures. It gives Lurpak® butter its special aromatic scent as well as its clean, sour and rich flavor. Lurpak® butter is lightly salted - 1.2 grams of salt per. 100 grams of butter. The butter is suitable for frying where a butter flavor is wanted, as well as in bread, pastries and authentic sauces.
