The Breakfast and Brunch Awards bring together chefs from across the out of home, pub and bar, casual dining and hotel sectors to compete in a series of breakfast and brunch challenges. 16 finalists then went head-to-head creating their speciality breakfast or brunch dish using their own ingredients and products from the sponsors. As sponsors, Anchor butter was used by the chefs during the technical round as they baked, fried, topped and finished their beautiful dishes ready for judging.
