Portobello Cheese Burger
Crispy coated cheese burger with grilled portobello and bearnaise.
- Grill the portobello mushrooms at high heat on both sides so they take colour and cook through. Remove the grill pan from the heat and leave the mushrooms on the pan. Season with salt and pepper. Prepare the Arla Pro Crispy Coated Cheese Patties according to package instructions. Place the Arla Pro Crispy Coated Cheese Patties on a tray and top each patty with a slice of cheese. Toast the buns on a grill or under a toaster. Spread the bottom halves of the buns with bearnaise mayonnaise. Top with a crisp lettuce leaf followed by two grilled portobello mushrooms and baby greens. Place the Arla Pro Crispy Coated Cheese Patty on the greens and add the top buns with a spread of bearnaise mayonnaise to top.
- Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl.
- For a tasty twist add a drizzle of truffle oil.
